Order Cancellation:
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel your order within 30 minutes of making the purchase. Requests for cancellation beyond this timeframe may not qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval of the refund request. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
Please be aware that while we aim to process refunds promptly, there could be delays due to processing times required by banks or payment providers.
Exceptions
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Refunds are not available if the service was completed as per the specifications and within the communicated delivery time, except in the case of order cancellation within the specified timeframe.
